Join the starfish project for children and its Teen Board for How To Feed A Teenager: Body & Soul, a free community program about eating strategies for teens to maximize their physical and mental potentials, fostering teens’ healthy relationships with food & exercise and effective methods to successfully guide teens toward adulthood.

Presentations by

  • Kim Cover MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, an author and private therapist with twenty years experience as a dietitian at CHOP Center for Sports Medicine and Performance. 
  • Linda Rosenberg McGuire, MSW, MOL, a currently Dean of Students at Westtown School and a private consultant, with over thirty years of experience working with teens and parents. 
  • Q&A panel of experts and teens.
