Join the starfish project for children and its Teen Board for How To Feed A Teenager: Body & Soul, a free community program about eating strategies for teens to maximize their physical and mental potentials, fostering teens’ healthy relationships with food & exercise and effective methods to successfully guide teens toward adulthood.
- Kim Cover MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, an author and private therapist with twenty years experience as a dietitian at CHOP Center for Sports Medicine and Performance.
